Ingredients for Almond Cake Recipe 1

• 2 cups flour
• 3 beaten eggs
• ¾ cup milk
• ½ cup butter
• 1 cup almonds, blanched and chopped
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Cream butter with sugar.
2. Add the milk and the beaten eggs.
3. Slowly mix in the flour, salt and baking powder.
4. Mix well and add the chopped almonds.
5. Bake in individual greased cake tins in hot oven for about 10 minutes.
