Ingredients for Aerated Wheat Gems No. 2 Recipe
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons melted vegetable fat
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/4 cups entire wheat flour
- 1/2 cup white flour
- 1 egg, well beaten

Instructions
- Mix together all the ingredient, including the egg, in a large bowl and let it set in a cold place overnight.
- In the morning, mix the batter with a spoon.
- Drop the batter into hot, oiled iron gem pans and bake in a medium oven to a nice brown.
NOTE: To promote the bread's expansion, only use iron gem pans.
