- 3 tomatoes
- 3 poached egg
- 3 slice of broiled bacon
Instructions
- Peel three tomatoes and remove the hard piece around the stem.
- Place in a well-oiled broiler and cook over low heat until hot throughout, turning often to avoid burning.
- Set on a serving dish and add a poached egg on top of each tomato.
- Place a slice of broiled bacon on top of each egg.
- If preferred, the tomatoes may be cooked in the oven.
