Ingredients for A Curry Of Salmon Recipe

  • 1 can salmon
  • 1 minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • salt, paprika to taste

Instructions

  1. Remove all bits of skin and bone from a can of salmon.
  2. Fry a minced onion in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  3. When the onion becomes brown, stir in a tablespoon of flour mixed with a teaspoon of curry powder, and when these are well blended together add a large cup of boiling water.
  4. Season with salt and paprika, and turn the salmon into the saucepan.
  5. Cook two minutes, then serve.
