Ingredients for 7 Up Jello Recipe
- 7 ounces 7-Up or other lemon-lime soda
- 2 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 3 ounces lime gelatin
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces crushed pineapple
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Heat the soda in a pan over medium heat and add the marshmallows.
- Stir over heat until marshmallows melt.
- Add the gelatin mix and stir. Remove from heat and seat aside.
- Stir together the cheese and pineapple.
- Add gelatin mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix the topping, mayonnaise, and walnut.
- Stir topping mixture into the gelatin and pour into a small casserole dish or mold.
- Chill in refrigerator for several hours.
